In today's increasingly open global market and fierce competition in the market,corporate culture has also been given a more important significance,more and more companies recognize the important role of corporate culture and position.But many enterprises,experts and scholars still exist on the understanding of corporate culture is not comprehensive and some specific issues on the differences,such as corporate culture is to highlight the human nature or the wolf,the two how to achieve harmony and unity.W companies in their own corporate culture is also facing a prominent contradiction,the paper attempts to W corporate culture through the analysis of existing problems,the use of professional tools for project management to solve these problems.The paper follows the method of "combing the theory-investigating the current situation-discovering the problem-analyzing the problem-solving the problem",and using the literature research method and the investigation research method.This paper first introduces the background and significance of research,research methods,ideas and framework,summed up the research status of corporate culture at home and abroad,combing the professional methods of project management,outlining the use of project management theory to study the status of corporate culture,The latter study lays the theoretical foundation.Secondly,it introduces the basic situation and organizational structure of W Company,and introduces the existing corporate culture ideology system of W Company from three aspects: ideological system,system system and main features.This paper uses the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to classify W's corporate culture system into four levels.The basic situation of the survey and the characteristics of the sample are introduced again.Based on the research data,the paper analyzes the seven aspects of the corporate culture of W Company,sums up the problems of each part,and then abstracts and qualitatively analyzes these problems.Corporate culture construction of three areas to be improved.Then it analyzes and summarizes the necessity and feasibility of project management of corporate culture of W Company,expatiates on the improvement of the theme orientation,and clarifies the three basic principles of improvement,namely,full participation,high-level management and people-oriented.The implementation of the means is to improve the degree of attention of executives,and from the human resources management,schedule management,cost management,quality management,four aspects of the project management operation of the points.After the investigation and research,the in-depth exchange and interview,combined with the personal experience,the research conclusions drawn from all kinds of literature research have strong feasibility and practicability.At the same time,the research on enterprise culture construction based on the theory of project management has a certain value and significance both to broaden the thinking of corporate culture research and to improve the corporate culture of similar enterprises.
