In recent years,with the rapid development and widespread popularization of network information technology,the online game industry has sprung up and become a new economic growth point of the information industry.The game industry has also developed into one of the important cultural and entertainment industries in the world.However,while the game industry is developing at a high speed,game R&D enterprises have always faced a huge problem,that is,the scarcity and competition of core professionals such as senior development,planning,and art has become a bottleneck restricting the development of enterprises.This paper,through the review of the core employee incentive research of domestic and foreign experts and scholars,combined with two-factor theory,reinforcement theory and goal setting theory and other incentive theories,through the release of questionnaires and interviews to the core employees of game R&D enterprises,from the incentives The three dimensions of status,satisfaction and incentive needs are to understand the core employee incentives of domestic game R&D enterprises.By analyzing the research data,extracting the key incentive factors affecting the core employees of game R&D enterprises,summarizing the problems existing in the core employee incentives of game R&D enterprises,and proposing the improvement ideas and optimization countermeasures for the core employee incentives in China's current game R&D enterprises.The research on incentive methods in the actual work of game R&D enterprises has important reference significance.This thesis aims to communicate and interact with more game development enterprise managers,promote their attention,innovation and development of core employee incentive methods,further stimulate the innovation enthusiasm and work vitality of core employees of game R&D enterprises,and cultivate core employees.The enthusiasm for work,improve work efficiency,and enhance employee loyalty,so as to realize the scientific management of core employees by game R&D enterprises,and provide guarantee for establishing core competitiveness and long-term development of enterprises.This paper first explains the research background,research significance,research framework and research methods.Secondly,it expounds the concept and incentive theory of core employees of game R&D enterprises and game R&D enterprises,and summarizes the research overview of core employees' incentives at home and abroad.From the aspects of incentive status,incentive satisfaction and incentive demand,the author conducted a comprehensive survey on the motivation status of game R&D enterprises,and collected data,statistics and analysis by means of questionnaires and interviews.According to the results of data analysis,five aspects of the problems in the process of incentives for core employees of game R&D enterprises are analyzed,which involve salary and benefits,performance appraisal,career channel,and employee safety.Finally,combined with the five aspects of problem analysis,the corresponding solutions are proposed in a targeted manner,and a summary discussion is made.
