With the rapid economic development,the core employees in the enterprise is becoming more and more important,the more clear understanding of the situation of core staff,the more effectively motivate them and foster their loyalty,encouraging them to struggle for continuous innovation.So how the demand characteristics of the core employees based on their motivation to become the business are very concerned about the issue.In this paper,a brief description of the core concepts and the characteristics of staff, pointed out the importance of the core employee's motivation.According to research at home and abroad has been the core of employee's motivation and business results of some of the actual situation,the core employee's on the characteristics of the demand.Secondly,in theory,based on more than 200 core employees of non-random sample survey of a sample of the survey sample of enterprises and objects of the statistical analysis of the situation and outlined the ideas and methods of research.Summed up the core staff of "business success'," environmental support"," individual growth","pay and benefits," "self-work "five major needs;on this basis as a result of a detailed analysis of the nature of an enterprise-level age,gender,title, position and qualifications in areas such as differences in the needs of their core staff characteristics also showed significant difference.Then explore the core of the current status of staff motivation,and core staff found problems in motivation,an analysis of the characteristics of the actual needs of enterprises with the current status of incentive conflicts.Finally,in view of the core employee's general characteristic and the influence achievements' factor analysis,the core employee mainly has five big demand characteristics,namely the service achievement,the working conditions,individual growth,the salary welfare and the work are independent.Therefore in proposed that in the drive measure's process,should consider fully these five kind of demands,cause the drive measure tend more reasonable are more suitable.This article from "the service achievement","the working conditions" two mean value high aspects as well as several sole mean value high demand factor proposed that the enterprise core employee's drive sole mean value high demand factor proposed that the enterprise core employee's drive measure,hoped to be possible when the enterprise implements the core employee drive provides the reference.
