In the era of market-oriented economy,innovation is the core and soul in keeping the competitiveness of enterprises.Under the background of growing uncertainty of enterprises and shortening life cycle of products,disruptive innovation,a destructive innovation method,makes it possible of newly-rising enterprises to surpass mainstream enterprises.Disruptive innovation can be divided into two types: low-end disruption and new market disruption.Based on the analysis of evolution state of disruptive innovation technology system,this thesis puts forward disruptive innovation technology implementation process relying on quality function deployment.Supported by the theory of “House of Quality”,this thesis divides the disruptive innovation technology implementation process into two parts: beforehand prediction of disruptive innovation technology and emergence of disruptive innovation strategies.Firstly,driven by customer demand,quantitative analysis for demand---performance radar map should be conducted by combining the calculating method of the importance of customer requirements in “House of Quality” and the value of product performance supply.According to the evolution state of the two technology systems of disruptive innovation,the integrating degree between customer demand and product performance should be investigated.Then the customer demand for low-end disruption and new market disruption can be clearly and suitably determined.The customer demand for low-end disruption and new market disruption could be taken as the input of “House of Quality”;by “ House of Quality ” technology,“ disruptive innovation customer demands conversion” could be realized;and then related product technology characteristics can be output.Finally,through the conflict resolution principle of TRIZ theory as well as technical characteristics,making analysis of the results;from the six factors of lower cost,portability,easy operation,greenization,auxiliary function addition and original auxiliary function strengthening,inspecting the target of destructive innovation design and eventually obtaining disruptive innovation technology strategies.Referring to the implementation process of disruptive innovation technology mentioned,this thesis takes fetal breaker as example to verify the theories.It has fully exploited the market demand for fetal breaker,looked for disruptive innovationopportunities,strictly obeyed the construction process of destructive innovation “House of Quality”,completed the prediction and put forward the strategies of fetal breaker's destructive innovation technology,which in turn verifies the reliability and feasibility of the theory.
