Studt On The Mechanisem Of Non Technological Factors On The Operation Of Enterprise Innovation Ecosystem

Nowadays,relying on the enterprise itself cannot cope with the rapid change of external environment,and the successful organization needs to build an open and innovative organization that is constantly communicating and interacting with the external environment,and forms a "community of interests" with many partners and Co-evolution with environmental,social,technology." However,the reality is that enterprises simply equate enterprise innovation with technological innovation,investing a large amount of funds for technology research and development,product innovation and search for technology partners,but it ignores the synergies of non-technical factors,making the enterprise's own management cannot support the improvement of corporate innovation performance.Therefore,how to support innovation of enterprise technology,improve enterprise innovation performance and maintain the long-term,stable and healthy operation of enterprise innovation ecosystem through innovation of non-technical elements of enterprises has become a research hotspot in innovation field.Based on the theory of innovation ecosystem and non-technical factors,this paper adopts single case study method to select Haier Group as a case study.From the perspective of core enterprise,this paper explores the mechanism of action of non-technical management elements of the enterprise to system and the relationship between them and other issues.In this paper,a large number of qualitative data are collected through literature and interviews.The data are coded and analyzed in three levels according to the theory of grounded roots.In addition,this paper puts forward the construct and establishes the relationship between the construct,and obtains the research conclusion at last.It is found that:Core business supports it's healthy operation of enterprise innovation ecosystem through its own innovation of non-technical elements.By changing the logic of value creation,value acquisition and value transmission,the enterprise provides new value proposition for the system through targeted market expansion.It builds the enterprise innovation ecosystem with the core of ecological network strategy,and provides resources and the information for the whole system.It changes its own structure to flexible organization of staff to maintain the efficient operation of the system.At the same time,it develops an orderly competition system to maintain the orderly flow of energy systems and transfer within the enterprise and the system;In addition,It builds an open and innovative culture in the system,so that the entire system can continue to generate new energy.This paper,to a certain extent,fills the theoretical gap in the theory of innovation ecosystem of non-technical elements,and provides some practical reference for the innovation management of enterprises.
