| Nowadays tourism enters a comprehensive and harmonious development era.Tourism is a comprehensive industry which is incomparable and irreplaceable.Making full use of this opportunity,and relying on its splendid historical culture as well as its beautiful natural scenery,Luan county made a series of cultural tourist projects.These projects were in accordance with the concept that taking landscape as its form and culture as its soul to revitalize its historical culture and ecological resources and cultivated the ancient city of the Luanhe river,Qinglongshan scenic spot,Luanhe river water conservancy scenic spot and so on.The tourism pattern has been formed during its cultivating process and the basic infrastructure construction in each scenic spots has been basically finished.However,after analysis from the visitors in Luan county and the population as well as the incomes from visitors in some key scenic spots during these five years,it found that the development of its tourism appeared a downward trend.It found that its attraction reduced year by year,and the development of tourism did not bring benefits to its local economy.There existed a gap between its anticipation and reality.Therefore,this essay made use of the scenic spot field investigation,questionnaires and interview with scenic tourist method to do this research.This essay found that the tourism industry was lack of the overall orientation,key scenic area development characteristics,and core attractions.The disconnection between tourism industry and the market demand was a main reason making it developed on a slow journey,and unsatisfied its visitors demands.So on the basis of some relevant theoretical knowledge,this chapter made a deep research about its problems and the reasons of problems in Luan county and its key scenic spots.In addition,it made a declaration about the overall orientation of Luan county with the theory of marketing theme positioning,tourism planning,differentiation strategy and other relevant theories.It has been clear that the tourism of Luan county took the culture of Luan river as its soul,the ancient city,and the scenic spot in Qinglong mountain and Luan river as its leader and deeply developed its cultural tourism products.Taking the theme of “Beautiful Luan County,Leisurely Nostalgia”,Luan county mainly cultivated the key characteristics of scenic spots in order to build a cultural tourism demonstration area with characteristics of global layout,health preserving,memory recalling,all-year traveling.And it set a goal to build a renowned cultural county in an all-around way where was full of history and culture,waterway,and scenic spots.Furthermore it made a detailed explanation of the scenic area planning and design,landscape project building,marketing management,scenic spot linkage,tourist route to build,safeguard measures and so on.In order to made a strong foundation on its sustainable development and improve the Luan county tourism development and made it more coordinated. |
