With the further development of economic globalization and world economy sustained downturn,The competitive pressure of the state-owned small and medium-sized enterprises is facing more and more big.And how to remain the competitive advantages of state-owned enterprises in the face of many difficulties,we must depend on own enterprise core ability of competition.The core competence of the enterprise competition is the talent competition.As the core of human resource management,performance management can help enterprises to improve business performance,and complete enterprise strategic objectives.To find the best way to combine theory and practice,is the main task of state-owned grain enterprises nowadays.Based on the analysis of the modern enterprise performance management on the basis of the theory and method,through the questionnaire survey and indepth interviews and field observation and other methods,On the management of the N District of grain trade company conducted a comprehensive indepth research and analysis,find the main problems of enterprise performance management,analyzes the reasons of the problem,design for grain trade company performance management improvement strategy of suitable.This article is divided into six parts.The first part puts forward the research background,purpose and significance and elaborates the related performance management theory and the research overview.The second part describes enterprise organizational system,economic development and historical evolution,and the company's development strategy,human resource strategy is analyzed and evaluated.The third part describes on the corporate human resources structure distribution with a variety of graphics,and analyses the management status of human resources and evaluation.The fourth part introduces the corporate performance management status,finds the main problems of company performance management and probes into the causes of problems in the system analysis.The fifth part is the core part of the research content.Design the company performance management improvement strategy.From the theoretical model,target system,process system,the results on the four aspects relevant to the enterprise actual application system improvement,optimization and promotion.The sixth is the guarantee measures of improvement strategy implemented smoothly.This thesis belongs to the applied research.It has certain theoretical significance and practical significance.And for other state-owned grain trade company in Tianjin performance management strategy improvement provides the reference.
