Research On The Demand And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Socialized Service For New Agricultural Management Subject

Agriculture is the foundation of a country's economic development,and its importance is self-evident.With the continuous advancement of agricultural modernization,more and more attention have been paid to the main body of management,which has gradually developed from a single development model to a diversified one.As the micro organization of agricultural development,the new agricultural management main body has more advantages in agricultural production development,quality and efficiency than traditional farmers.Its development has become the main force to promote the agricultural development of our country.With the continuous development of the new agricultural management main body,the corresponding supporting facilities should also be improved day by day.Agricultural socialized service is indispensable to the production and development of new-type agricultural management subject,so it is an important task to perfect agricultural socialized service of new-type agricultural management subject.This paper first analyzes the actual demand of agricultural socialized service and the situation of agricultural services obtained by agricultural leading enterprises,professional large households and cooperatives in Jilin City.The survey of the main body of new-type agricultural management and its demand for socialized agricultural service shows that the demand for socialized service is mainly manifested in the following aspects: technical service、purchasing service of means of production、agricultural funds.Agricultural cooperatives have more demand for agricultural loans、information services、purchase of means of production、technical guidance、training and extension of new technologies.Leading enterprises have more demand for agricultural funds and information services 、 technical services、 agricultural products processing,、sales and storage and other aspects of demand.There are many obstacles in obtaining the above demand,such as the imperfect coordination mechanism between the government and the village collective agricultural socialized service,the low efficiency of the technical service and the limited access to information.The service system is not perfect;the financial support is not enough,the main business body develops the fund not enough,the function of the intermediary organization is limited,the service system needs to be perfected urgently.The author put forward the countermeasures to realize the service demand of agricultural socialization of the new agricultural management subject.That is to pay attention to the service demand of the main body,to strengthen the construction of information network,to give play to the initiative of the main body,to carry out the targeted service,to strengthen the capital strength of the main body.In order to improve the socialized service system and promote the modernization of agriculture,we should build a good production environment,improve the technical support and meet the demand of technical service.
