| Leisure agriculture zone is an important vector of leisure agriculture construction and development,as well as an important practice of rural revitalization strategy,that plays an important demonstration role for the development of rural leisure agriculture and rural tourism.The research on the development strategy of leisure agriculture zone has become an important research subject.the Great Northern Wilderness modern agricultural zone is the most representative leisure agriculture demonstration zone among the state-owned farms in the reclamation area of HEI LONGJIANG province,which has an important Practical significance for development strategy.Firstly,get the on-the-spot investigation of the Great Northern Wilderness modern agricultural zone,get across to the operating conditions,internal resources and competitors,and master the characteristics of leisure agriculture tourists and their preference。According to the survey,the Great Northern Wilderness modern agricultural zone has the core competitiveness and great development potential,however,at the same time,its development strategy is invalid,that generates series of problems,such as unclear positioning of the zone and mismatch between project setting and tourists’ needs.Secondly,According to the systematic analysis of the zone with the SWOT analysis tool,it is concluded that the park should reverse the disadvantages by taking advantage of the opportunities.we have set the development strategy formulated based on the previous research results,which can be specifically divided into: development vision of leisure agriculture,strategic objectives of leisure agriculture,business strategy and functional strategy.Finally,as for the development strategy,the resource support is necessary that four strategic safeguard measures are proposed aimed to improve infrastructure,broaden financing channels,establish a scientific assessment system,and actively cooperate with universities and research institutes. |
