The theory of Leadership behavior is the study of the effectiveness of leadership behavior,which has been favored by researchers as a hot topic in management Circles.Researchers have focused on the proactive and positive leadership behaviors and the affection of the organization,team and employees.However,we cannot deny that the weakness of human nature,the relationship between organizations and the imperfections of leaders ' personalities and values can lead to different levels of negative leadership,such as the abusive management.Foreign scholars have been in the forefront of the field,they have proved through a variety of methods that the abuse of management will indeed have a negative impact on the organization and its staff,and our country at present,in both theoretical and empirical,the anti-production behavior of employees under the abuse management model is relatively scarce,is still in the initial stage.Before writing this article,I looked through a lot of literature,and the previous researchers to classify the conclusions,found that few scholars to the emotional quotient as a regulatory variable to study the impact of abuse management on employee Anti-production behavior,so this article attempts to use EQ as a regulatory variable,to study the anti-production behavior under the abuse management model.Based on the view of the destructive leadership and the degrading leadership,this paper,on the basis of reading a large number of literatures,puts forward the research hypothesis by constructing the theoretical model of the effect of degrading management on anti-production behavior,and uses the questionnaire and interview method to collect the data and carry on the empirical analysis.Finally,it concludes that there is a significant positive correlation between degrading leadership and employee anti-production behavior in China,and that the employee EQ has a different degree of buffering effect on this positive relationship.The research in this paper proves the harm caused by the abuse management to the enterprise from the theoretical and empirical point of view,influences the long-term development of the enterprise,proves the importance of the employee eq,enlightens the enterprise to pay attention to the improvement and training of the employee EQ in the management,and formulates effective measures and management system to reduce the abuse management and create a good organizational atmosphere.
