For the purpose of this paper,the research results are closer to the reality.This paper adopts a combination of theoretical and practical research methods,and chooses self-regulation as the mediating variable of this study.This paper discusses how abusive management affects the employee's deviant behavior.Through the design of the questionnaire,a small sample was first tested in the Changchun area to determine a reasonable measure of each variable.Then,an on-site questionnaire survey was conducted and 305 valid sample data were collected.After careful research,this paper concludes that abusive management can affect deviant behaviors that occur in the workplace,and most of this impact is positive.Self-regulation is a mediator variable,and it is in abusive management.The process of acting acts as an intermediary.In the process of business development,in order to promote development,it is necessary to continuously improve the overall quality of managers,and at the same time reduce or even avoid the occurrence of abusive management practices.In the process of corporate managers' management,once managers insult employees and severely criticize employee behaviors,they will have a great impact on the employees' psychology,and it is easy to cause excessive behaviors of employees,such as destroying company's property and committing malicious acts.,treat the work not actively and so on.Therefore,in order for the company to achieve better development,it is necessary to understand in real time the current situation of the management of the company's managers,and take effective measures to improve the managerial level of the managers according to the actual situation,so as to avoid the occurrence of abuse management practices.The employees of the company have different attribute qualities.Therefore,when the managers have abusive management behaviors,the employees' responses with different attributes will be different.The differences from the male employees are that the female employees are subject to management at work.Indigenous management,then its work mood is easily affected,and even when it is serious,it may be mixed with depression,but it rarely produces negative work,artificially damaging corporate finances and other serious over-concentration behavior.This is very similar to male employees.Big difference.In business management,because managers are not on the job site and lack understanding of employees,it is difficult to perceive employees' negative emotions.If things go on like this,when employees' emotions are always in a bad state,it will seriously affect the work efficiency of employees,and when the emotions have accumulated to a certain extent,it is only a matter of time before it erupts.In order to avoid this situation,managers should pay more attention to the work status of employees.Once employees are found to have work emotions,they should promptly appease them.
