Study On Supplier Selection Method Of EPC Material Purchasing In Building Materials Equipment Manufacturing Enterprise

With the wide application of EPC general contracting mode in building materials equipment manufacturing enterprises,the core manufacturers have to bear the main responsibility and more risks,also it needs to find possibility of raising efficiency of management in full life-cycle which can better ensure the successful completion of the project objectives and manufacturing tasks.The EPC general contracting mode has become a research hotspot in the academic circles,but these studies mainly focus on EPC mode of project management,risk management,cost management,but little is about supply chain management,which is one of the most important parts of EPC general contracting mode.Purchasing is a key link of coordination,cost control,quality control,schedule control of the EPC project management,and also it plays a central role in project construction.In addition,these related literatures lack of deep understanding of EPC mode,an also there are many defects in researches about supplier selection method in EPC mode.Aiming at to solve the above problems,this paper mainly takes research of EPC mode of building materials equipment manufacturing enterprises and the purchasing management.(1)The characteristics of building materials equipment manufacturing industry and the application of EPC general contracting mode have been analyzed sufficiently,and then the current problems in purchasing management and supplier selection have been summarized,and analyzing and describing the main reasons of these problems.(2)Based on analyzing classical EPC general contracting purchasing model,taking into account of the actual manufacturing process of building materials equipment manufacturing enterprises,it is mainly research on the methods of cost control in purchasing,a supplier management optimization model of building materials equipment manufacturing industry in EPC general contracting mode has been constructed,the evaluation index system of procurement suppliers has also been proposed,and taking deep research on the supplier selection prioritization using improved grey relation theory.At last,a case analysis has been carried out to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed model and improve method.(3)Based on the proposed method and mathematical model,combining with the practical requirements of an actual building materials equipment enterprise,designing the EPC general contracting material purchasing management system of the building materials equipment manufacturing enterprises,and which has been successfully used in company A,at last,the main modules and functions of the system have been specified.
