Research On Optimization Of R&D Process Of A Company's Customized Products Based On Lean Thinking

In the field of industrial robot,the customization degree of automation equipment is quite high,a sucessful product usually developped only by investigating the customer's needs,and their actual condition thoroughly in the early stages of the design period.The high quality and efficiency of customized product has become the core competitiveness of enterprises.How to optimize the R&D process of these products and how to Shorten the development cycle has become the problems must be solved in the process of improving R&D level by related enterprises.At present,there are large number of automation equipment suppliers in C hina.however,most of them are medium and small-sized private enterprises,these company's R&D capabilities need to be improved.This paper takes the A company as the research object,deeply analyses the R&D process of A company's customized products with the lean thinking,and then found three major problems in the procedure: namely low efficiency,poor information circulation weak management and weak management.At last,a series of Solutions including changing process from traditional way of management process(SGS)to integrated product development process(IPD),leading-in Product Data Management software had been put forward to improve work efficiency and masterying the whole R&D process by project management oneself in the product development.In the end of this paper,through the practice,the optimized process has positive significance to improve the efficiency of R&D.The research results of this paper can be used as a reference for the optimization of the R&D process in the medium and small-sized enterprises.However,there is no perfect process,different characteristic varies from different enterprises,I hope this paper can provide a way to optimize the R&D process in related enterprises.
