In a very long time procurement management is considered simply holdings,but nowadays in the fierce market competition,more and more large companies have recognized that controlling supply resource risk and reducing operating costs become the key of the procurement management,which enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.Sinopec Group has explored and optimized the procurement management since 1995,the Group gradually realizes the procurement management system of "centralized management,centralized procurement,unified reserves,unified settlement".F company is a directly subsidiary of China Petrochemical Group,considering the particularity of the construction industry,the required implementation and the standardized procurement management are unfulfilled,the company does not realize the importance of procurement.For the construction of petrochemical projects,the cost of materials and equipment are more than half for the total cost of the project.Reducing the cost is the key to raise profits and market competitiveness.Material procurement management is a key link in business management,so we must know the importance of purchasing management.The article focuses the existing procurement process reengineering process research of F company's.Firstly,it introduces the background and significance of this research,expounds the research contents and research ideas,and clarifies the research objectives and the theoretical methods needed in this paper.Secondly,it introduces the current external and internal purchasing management situation and the achieved management objectives of F company.Referring to the F company's annual assessment report which reflects the gap between current states and the ideal states of F company,it needs to improve the procurement management and the level of procurement management.Third,diagnose the status of F company's procurement management process and find the main reason.Fourth,using business process optimization tools puts forward the optimization program for each problem.Fifth,the above obtained program puts into practice and tracks the implementation of the situation.This paper uses methods such as fish bone chart,ASME method and ESIA method to analyze the problems existing in the business process of F company,and puts forward the corresponding solutions to prove that it can improve the level of procurement operations.This business process optimization improves the procurement process management system,and lays a good foundation to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.Meanwhile it has reference value for brother companies.
