The pharmaceutical industry is related to people's life and health,and has been in the forefront of the situation in recent years.On the one hand,the government requires drugs to be safe and effective,to ensure the quality of production and circulation in the process of strict guarantee,on the other hand,require drugs to reduce prices.In the pharmaceutical supply chain,the pharmaceutical distribution enterprise is the bridge between the pharmaceutical factory and the hospital,responsible for the circulation and distribution of drugs.In recent ten years,under the guidance of the policy,the industry concentration is increasing,the competition is extra intense,while the overall industry profit margins are constantly decreasing.As a large pharmaceutical circulation enterprise,G company has been developing rapidly in recent years,and the total amount of logistics has also increased rapidly.In order to ensure the quality of drugs,drug related laws and regulations have a clear requirement for the construction standards of drug warehouses.Enterprises must invest a large number of hardware and software equipment and manpower and material resources in the construction of a drug warehouse.Due to funding constraints,the development speed of G company warehouse construction has lagged behind the company's warehouse,a serious shortage of storage capacity,common goods,goods piling up too high channel phenomenon,which leads to the warehouse operation in accuracy and efficiency at the same time,in terms of distribution in Guangdong Province,Guangdong Province,more complaints from customers,delivery time,transport indicators on time rate,damage rate is not up to the expected goal.In this paper,through the study of G company's sub warehouse location and distribution operation optimization,solve the logistics problems of G company.This paper first introduces the background information of the pharmaceutical industry and G company,lists and analyzes the problems of insufficient storage capacity of the G company and the problem that the service level of LTL transportation is not up to standard,and puts forward the establishment of the sub warehouse in the place to realize the location plan of the local car delivery.The process of calculation in the recommended scheme,using grey prediction method,prediction of enterprise in the future logistics demand,the trend of regression analysis of freight price lists and calculate all kinds of cost factors of warehouse location and distribution involved;finally using operations research linear programming principle,using 0-1 programming in Excel Solver,the a preparation of location scheme is calculated,finally the comparison between alternatives,it recommended the conclusion,and puts forward relevant optimization distribution process.In this paper,through the above steps,combined with the relevant laws and regulations of pharmaceutical logistics and the characteristics and needs of enterprises,using scientific methods,proposed recommendations to solve logistics problems and operation optimization program.G company through the establishment of the eastern region of Guangdong province enterprise warehouse,solves the problem of insufficient capacity,improve the level of transport services,on time delivery rate,receipt rate,damage rate and other transportation key indicators have been further improved.
