| Improving the performance of green logistics can promote the harmonious development of the economy and the environment, and is the only way to protect the environment, save energy and reduce emissions, reduce costs and improve efficiency. In recent years,China’s cross-border e-commerce has developed vigorously and has become a new economic growth. However, the development of cross-border logistics in China is relatively slow, and the traditional cross-border logistics model has problems such as high cost, low efficiency and heavy pollution. In order to solve the above problems, the overseas warehouse model came into being, which has attracted the attention of experts and scholars. The development of overseas warehouses can not only reduce costs and improve efficiency, but also build brands and develop overseas markets. In order to maximize the advantages of overseas warehouses, scientific and reasonable location planning must be carried out.Compared with domestic warehouses, overseas warehouses face a complex and changeable international environment, and it is difficult to directly apply the existing warehouse location theory. In the context of low carbon and environmental protection, the location selection of overseas warehouses should not only consider logistics costs, but also consider green logistics performance,so as to achieve low-cost,high-efficiency and green development of overseas warehouses. This paper firstly analyzes the research background, research significance and research status of overseas warehouse location selection, and introduces the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of overseas warehouse location selection;secondly,it analyzes the status quo of the development of overseas warehouses in China, and focuses on the total cost of logistics system and green logistics performance among the factors of overseas warehouse location selection, based on the logistics performance index(LPI),adding the main greenhouse gas(CO2,N2O,CH4 and F-Gas)emissions and the fossil energy(coal, oil and natural gas)consumption, the entropy method is used to construct a green logistics performance index(GLPI);thirdly, based on the mixed integer programming model for warehouse location selection, combined with the characteristics of overseas warehouses, the objective function is to minimize the total cost of the logistics system(warehouse construction cost, warehousing cost, transportation cost, return cost and tariff cost)and optimize the green logistics performance(logistics performance level and green development level)to build a dual-objective optimization model for overseas warehouse location selection;finally, take company A as an example to analyze the case, use MATLAB to solve the model based on the immune algorithm, and select different numbers of hub nodes to design a hub-spoke network. The results of the case study found that Company A’s optimal location plan uses Singapore Port and Haiphong Port as hub nodes to radiate the ten ASEAN countries. The logistics and transportation routes are Guangzhou-Shenzhen Bonded Warehouse-Singapore Port and Guangzhou-Shenzhen Bonded Warehouse-Haiphong Port. After comparing the location results of the single-objective model and the dual-objective model,it is proved that the dual-objective model of overseas warehouse location research studied in this paper is feasible and effective. This paper enriches the theoretical research on overseas warehouse location selection, and provides a certain degree of reference for future overseas warehouse location issues. |
