China is the biggest country for the tea production and consumption,this history can be as long as thousand years,and the culture of tea has already build into the peoples' daily life.In general the tea market in China looks quite stable from the surface compare to other fields in China,but actually the competition is really tough and hard,many small and middle size companies are emerging in the market and the whole market can be described as: too many kind of teas,too many companies;disordered market management and missing common standard of this industry;generally weak capabilities in marketing and especially in brands building.YH Limited is the limited company,which make the integration of planting and research;basement;production,trading and marketing,tea culture promotion.This article perform the research by to through many marketing studies and materials,and taking YH limited as the detailed object,put this example into the whole Chinese tea market,and from the view of the marketing research,making the detailed analysis and work out as the whole articles as below chapters arraignment:Chapter One: Studying background,target and meaning,introduced the marketing research status inside and outside China,the methods of this article's study,and the innovation points;Chapter Two: The theory used in this article,which related to the marketing strategy;Chapter Three: The surrounding analysis of the marketing performed by YH tea limited,from the view of macroscopic view and microscopic view.Chapter Four: The YH tea Limited marketing strategy combination study: firstly introducing the basic information of the YH Tea limited and then the current status of the YH tea limited,by doing so definitely can figure out the existing problem in the marketing process;Chapter Five: The building of the YH marketing strategy of YH tea limited,according to the whole company strategy;Chapter Six: The required sub-conditions which can assure the smooth performance of the renewed marketing strategy: organization,human resources,culture and information system… Due to the domestic tea market,or regional markets a much-discussed,and specific enterprises to explore less actual paper itself,in an attempt to wish to put forward a series of practical recommendations.I hope this study for improvement should be limited market competition strategy,improve the comprehensive competitiveness of tea industry to provide theoretical guidance,and that provide other tea enterprise marketing experience.
