With the changes in the market economy,the speed of globalization is also accelerating.The competition between industries and industries and between companies within the industry is fierce.The competition between enterprises of the same scale in the same industry has been made up of traditional product quality and service upgrade to become a comprehensive competition within the product's core competitiveness,market resource development and configuration,and enterprise strength level.The homogenization competition of products is becoming more and more serious,consumers are also diversified in product selection,and consumers want to try new packaging or new products according to their preferences.How WS improves the quality and attractiveness of its products has become the fundamental starting point for product upgrades.Therefore,the differentiation and personalization of products have become increasingly important.The innovation of product varieties for the needs of consumers,the improvement of consumers' primary experience and the level of after-sales service have become the core competitiveness of enterprises.The only way to go.The traditional competitive advantage is weakened,and even the traditional business philosophy of some enterprises is a fatal blow.Both the business community and the academic community have invested a lot of human resources and funds to study how to deeply explore the core competitiveness of enterprises,how to pass the strategy.And suggestions to improve the core competitiveness of the company.This paper analyzes the core competitiveness of WS company and analyzes the external environment of WS company and the internal environment of industry environment.Through field investigation and research,combined with the current development status of the enterprise and the current market situation,the management model of the enterprise and the future development direction,the theory and practice,using a variety of analysis methods to build charts,collect market data,and target the core competitiveness of WS companies.Comprehensive and specific analysis of shortcomings,internal capabilities and external influence factors.The paper is divided into six parts.The first is the introduction,the second is the related theory of core competitiveness,the third is the environmental analysis of WS's core competitiveness,and the fourth is the evaluation and existing problems of WS's core competitiveness.The fifth is WS's core competitiveness improvement strategy.The sixth is the conclusion and outlook.Among them,the environmental analysis of WS company mainly includes external environment,industry environment,and internal environment.Using PEST analysis to analyze the external environment of the food industry,including the export situation of domestic food companies,the export situation analysis of export countries,the overall technical environment of food production companies,the value of society and the impact of population factors on food companies,It is analyzed and compared through PEST.The analysis is mainly based on the analysis of the industry environment of the enterprise,including the threat of new entrants,the bargaining power of suppliers,the bargaining power of customers,the threat of competitors and substitutes in the industry to analyze.The SWOT analysis method is used to further analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threat factors of the external and internal existence of the enterprise,and to compare and analyze the two aspects of enterprise resources and enterprise capabilities.Enterprise resources mainly include human resources,tangible resources and intangible resources to analyze;Enterprise capacity is mainly through the production capacity and technical level of two aspects of analysis.Through the above three kinds of analysis methods and data comparison,and then finally come to the corresponding analysis conclusions,so as to facilitate the enterprise in the future development and reform of core competitiveness,the enterprise core competence identification for reference and evaluation.
