A Study On The Staff Management Of Shanmei Company In The Period Of Enterpreneurship

With the rapid development of China's market economy since the great reform and opening,a huge number of small and micro-sized enterprises are playing a more and more important role in the national economic and social development.Meanwhile,the defects of the development processes become obviously.In most of them,the lifecycle of small and micro-sized enterprises is less than 2.5 years at average.The reasons of current situation were variously,which briefly based on three factors below.The first one was the external factors of the small and micro-sized enterprises,for example the influences of policies in politics,economics,cultures,laws at home and broad.The second one was the internal factors of the small and micro-sized enterprises,including management strategies,development planning,the management systems etc.The last one was the human resources at the present stage,which contained the quantities,qualities,structures and the latent capacities of human resources in the small and micro-sized enterprises.In this article,we mainly introduces the basic situation of Shan Mei Trading Company,and the existing defects of employees management of Shan Mei Trading Company.Then after a series researches base on our survey data,we put forward the main problems of Shan Mei Trading including staff recruitment,staff functions,employee development and employee incentive,reserve etc.According to all these above,the main purpose of this articles is trying to find the general applicability for most of the other small and micro-sized enterprises which helps them to sum up the experiences of employees management and solve some of the practical problems.
