The Study On Incubation Service Optimization Of Zhizehui Incubator

With the slogan of the public entrepreneurship,innovation for people was first proposed in September,2014 by premier of China Li keqiang,there has been a trend of starting a business for everyone in China.As the business service provider,incubators were springing up in 2015,the new establishment of incubators was more than 3000 in 2015,and the total number of incubators established since 1978 when the first incubator came up in China to 2014 was doubled.By March 2016,the number of the new established incubators in Guangdong Province had reached 2000,while,the famous companies which is a private scientific and technological type of the incubator in Zhongguancun Street,famous for its pioneer coffee style had been facing broken for its fracture of funds,staff fled,non-profit pattern.Although there are so many incubators,the non-standardized service and the low service capacity and other reasons made difficult to meet the needs of the start-ups.The level of the service which provided by the incubator will effect directly for the success of the entrepreneur.For standardizing the incubation service,improving the service quality and promoting the percentage of success for the company which established in the earlier period in incubators,the research of this paper will begin with studying the context and the flow of Beijing Zhi Ze Hui incubator,aiming at finding out the problems of running incubators,analyzing the reasons and optimizing the basic registration service flow in the incubator according to the optimizing principle of business.Thereby,try to find out the possibility of standardizing the basic public service of incubators provided;try to establish a standard business system for running incubators,which are in order to improve the service quality provided by incubators with taking Zhi Ze Hui incubator as an example.Specifically includes the followings:1.Through studying and analyzing the incubator industry and the date of Zhongguancun Haidian demonstration Park from 2014 to the first quarter of 2016,and with the practical operation of Zhi Ze Hui incubator,to figure out the problems existed in the service provided by incubators especially the balance of the supply and demand.2.Analyzing the service problems of imbalance of supply and demand which existed in the incubator by questionnaire survey.Therefore,to think about the flow of service provided and whether it can improve the service quality of incubator by hatching service standardization.Combined with the theory of supply and demand,business optimization theory and the standardization system construction theory reset the service flow and context provided by Zhi Ze Hui incubator.Aiming at optimizing the service flow and establishing a standard service system in incubator and improving the service quality to check the effectiveness of the operation.3.Based on the conclusions of the service optimization for incubators,it can effectively improve the service quality of incubators and its service level and enhance the performance;therefore,it will increase the survival rate of the start-ups.
