With the fast global economic development and integration,the primary international retailers came to China to expand their market share during the mid-1990 s.They brought lots of advanced management concepts and methods,which make China's retail industry into a fast developing and booming times.However,all the retailers have ever met the most difficult time until now,which is the encountered and unprecedented challenges in the coming of new retail.New retail is not only changing enterprise mentality,and changing the business model,which needs new elements to match,such as new technology,new logistics,new corporate culture and the new human resource strategy with agile learning and development way to ups-killing team and empower them.Under new retail,enterprises should be agile to adapt the changes,such as adjusting the strategies quickly,to be innovate continuously.All of these cause the huge impact on talents management.How do we empower the employees,how to change their mindset,how to make the employee be creative and innovate and so on.Only if we have strong team who meet the needs of market,we will win in new retail.Develop the people and retain the talents will be the key of human resource management,which is only way to empower the team and make company win in new retail.Through the methods of literature study,questionnaire survey and interview,it suggested how to optimize the training system of corporate A,in order to help the company enhance the competitiveness,which is going to support the strategic transformation,and quickly adapting to the new requirements of talents competition.Through the interviews and conversations with employees and questionnaires,it will detect the existed problems in A company training system more accurately,which provides a strong factual basis for the more targeted optimization program.The main conclusions of this thesis include that: diagnose and analyze training needs in-depth;tailor made the high quality courses;build up and motivate internal trainers' team;make training more experienced and interactive.In addition,optimize training system through improving training process and tracking mechanism such as internal training atmosphere building up,technical system support,and training budget management.Make the training could support strategy landing also transferring performance finally.The conclusion of the thesis is great significance to company A.Under new retail,how do they make enterprise transformation,to ensure strategic landing,to support teams ups-killing,and to help the team mindset changing being agile,to build up the strategy of learning and development,which is crucial for the enterprises wining in new retail.It is also significance and value to other retail enterprises in transition or transformation.
