Since the 18th National Party Congress,China has established an open economic system and accelerated its speed.Shanghai,Guangdong,Fujian,Zhejiang,and other seven regions have been approved.China's free trade pilot area has already formed a new pattern covering major economic regions in the country.Among them,the development of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone and its policies have been the most intensive.The Nineteenth National Congress also called for"to promcote.the formation of a new pattern of openness," In the free trade zone,the calling for further promotion of financial openness and innovationis an important task.As the most important compdoneent of China's financial industry,commercial banks are the main forces pushing the industry moving forward.As the first batch of private banks established,CMBC is striving to find the best match between the-One Belt and One Road" national initiative and the bank philosophy of"Inelusiye Finance".The Free Trade Pilot,/one Branch is a product of this value proposition and is committed to becoming an important innovation base for the Bank's cross-border financial business model,product system,and risk management and control.Therefore,this paper selects the Free Trade Pilot Zone Branch of CMBC as the research object and attempts to conduct theoretical and empirical research on the bank's boutique banking business development,strategy.Firstly,based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars,this paper points out the development trend of the boutique business of China's commercial banks from the p.erspectives of the definition of business scale,the application of economic theory,and the example of boutique banking services at home and abroad.Secondly,an empirical study of the boutique banking business was conducted using the Free Trade Pilot Zone Branch of CMBC as an example.A large number of charts and data was used to explain its business status and other basic conditions.And then problems are pointed out through the status quo of this branch.Thirdly,SWOT analysis ancd AHP analysis of the boutique business of the Free Trade Pilot Zone Branch of CMBC was further applied.Pointed out that free-trade branches can take the advantage of being first-tier branch platforms,seize the favorable opportunities of external policies and the business environment,improve the disadvantages of lagging innovation levels.and accept the threats and challenges posed by Fierce competition among peers in the region.A SWOT-analyze-matrix was drawn afterwards.The weight coefficient priorities are assigned to the criteria layer and the solution layer of the AHP analysis according to the key elements extracted from SWOT.Fourthly,it puts forward the optimized countermeasures for the development of boutique businesses of the.Clearly,building a boutique banking,business requires the application of the six major platforms to serve the real-economy consumers,helping the innovation of finance in the region,at the same time,complying with the inner needs of changes in the free trade branch.Finally,the author draw a research conclusion and propose the prospect to the boutique baking business.Nowadays,the financial industry has entered into stock era.showing the differentiation of business performance and the increase of concentration.Leading banks have further expanded their market shares,and the homogeneityinstitutionswill gradually faded out.The small and medium-sized banks including the Free Trade Pilo't Zone Branch of CMBC should explore the boutique and refined foothold in this new environment and expand the market opportunities brought by the boutique banking business.This not,only has practical significance for the current development of small ard Medium-sized banks,bat also stabilizes the sustainable and ecological financial environment in China.
