Under the background of the deepening reform in China's financial marketization,bank,as a traditional financing provider,is constantly suffering from the development of the same industry and emerging formats.Transformation in bank is needed,especially in the aspects of channel expansion,product development,business and management model.However,the key to the transformation and development is the acquisition of talents.How to study the influencing factors of bank applicants' salary expectation from the perspective of behavioral economics and labor market supply and demand,and design a salary structure satisfying the high-end financial talents,so as to attract them to join,has become the focus of bank's talent recruitment research.Under such research background,this paper attempts to explore the influencing factors of the expected salary of applicants in commercial banks,so as to establish the expected salary model,and provide some reference for the reconstruction of bank salary system in the new era.This paper is based on 982 resumes collected from a large city commercial bank in 2017,after removing 133 resumes which contain incomplete blanks,obvious errors and meaningless data,849 valid resumes were taken as the research objects.Based on the research of foreign scholars' salary models,this paper proposes that taking gender,age,marital status,education,the number of certifications acquired,the years of working life,the times of job hopping,the average salary level of current working unit's industry,the current urban income level,the present position level,the job level of application and the current salary situation as the factors affecting salary expectations of applicants for commercial banks.Then correlation analysis,cluster analysis,variance analysis,collinear diagnosis and principal component regression analysis were used to analyze the 12 factors,so as to study their relationship with expected salary.The empirical results show that:(1)Factors that affect the expected salary of commercial banks applicants include job level impact factor,professional competence influence factor and work experience influence factor.(2)The influence factors of the expected salary of the candidates for commercial banks,which ranked from the top to the bottom,include current salary level,number of professional qualifications,educational background,marital status,current position level,position level,age,gender,number of job hopping and length of service.Among them,the current salary situation and the number of financial professional qualifications have the greatest impact on expected salary.This study is hope to provide some reference for commercial banks to make reasonable,fine and effective salary management decisions,and Provide some data reference for related theoretical research.
