Research On The Development Of Specialized Farmers Cooperative In Alxa League Of Inner Mongolia

As a collective formed by organizations of farmers and herdsmen,specialized farmer cooperatives are mainly engaged in the production,supply,marketing and transportation of agricultural and animal husbandry products on the basis of family contract,and also engaged in economic activities such as rural information technology services.The members of a cooperative enter into an agreement to jointly operate the cooperative and have the right to distribute the profits reasonably.Developing farmers specialized cooperatives is one of the effective measures in line with the rural revitalization strategy.In Inner Mongolia,this article introduces the la shan au existing farmer professional cooperatives under the premise of development now and respectively analyzed the five different types of farmer professional cooperatives and push the government,leading DaiDongXing,spontaneously formed,the peasant household joint and local characteristics,their business activities and internal governance and management experience,and has carried on the comparative analysis;From the economic development,human resource management,policy support and the prospect for its own development of farmer professional cooperatives,etc.,detailed comparison and analysis of farmer professional cooperatives develop a la shan area advantages and deficiencies,and finally,from strengthening propaganda,create a good atmosphere,to speed up the legislation,promote effectively the development,perfecting system,regulating the internal operation,perfecting policy,increase the intensity of support,provide better public services,combined with unique local characteristics,etc.,on how to effectively promote the development of Inner Mongolia la shan au farmers' professional co-operatives targeted countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.
