In recent years,the competition in the financial industry is extremely fierce.For all kinds of commercial banks,facing the background of business transformation,they need to bear more and more severe pressure and challenges.As an extremely important resource for enterprises,the role of employees is extremely important in the sustainable development of banks.At present,China's financial market is highly developed.Generally speaking,if the staff turnover is maintained within the normal range,it can make full use of human resources.But once the staff turnover rate is too high,it will seriously affect the normal operation and development process of commercial banks.How to do a good job in preventing and responding to employee turnover to ensure the healthy and stable development of banks is an important issue facing some commercial banks.In this paper,in view of the employee turnover of the joint-stock commercial bank M Bank Shaoxing Branch,through the comprehensive use of literature analysis,employee interviews,questionnaires and data statistics and other research methods,this paper makes a systematic study on the causes of staff turnover in Shaoxing Branch of Bank M,and then puts forward some suggestions to reduce the staff turnover rate.This article is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction.Mainly explain the main content,research background,research methods,research ideas,research significance of this study.The second part is a literature review and related theories,comprehensive theoretical content and theoretical model involved in this paper are analyzed and collated.The third part mainly introduces the current situation of staff turnover in Shaoxing Branch of Bank M,and makes a systematic study on its causes.Therefore,the specific situation of staff turnover in Bank M can be considered from various aspects,and the causes of the problems are more targeted.The fourth part is mainly aimed at the problem of staff turnover,put forward effective solutions to staff turnover,through good human resources planning branch,establish a fair and competitive salary and welfare assessment system,strengthen staff training management and strengthen the construction of corporate culture to retain staff,reduce the turnover rate.The fifth part is the implementation and protection of the plan.The sixth part mainly analyzes the deficiencies and achievements of this study,which is the conclusion of this paper.This paper mainly explores and innovates the related content of human resource management of Shaoxing Branch of M Bank,and designs the perfect countermeasures to deal with staff turnover.Therefore,for the banking industry,it can improve the level of human resource management to a certain extent,and has a good reference value and significance.
