Research On Performance Evaluation System For Chinese Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry From Stakeholders' Perspective

The pharmaceutical manufacturing industry involves the national economy and the people's livelihood and public health.It is an important part of the whole medical industry,so society attach great importance to its development.The aging of population,the increase of absolute population and the improvement of public health consciousness make the demand for medicine continue to grow.However,in recent years,the "poison capsule" and "overdue vaccine" have rounded the alarm for the healthy development of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.Public opinion criticized the value of pharmaceutical enterprises,shoddy,deceptive,environmental damage and other problems have seriously affected the social stability.Reconstruction of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in the hearts of the public is necessary.This paper reviews and summarizes the researches on performance evaluation both at home and abroad,and analyzes the basic situation of China's pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.At present,most of the research on the performance evaluation of pharmaceutical manufacturing is still confined to the financial aspect.In the process of building the evaluation index system,the industry characteristics are ignored,and the stakeholders concerned are single,focusing on short-term interests rather than long-term development.Therefore,combined with the current development of pharmaceutical manufacturing listed companies,designing a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system is a significant and urgent problem to guide and promote the healthy and sustainable development of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.In this paper,the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry listed companies as research samples,research mainly from the perspective of stakeholders,the main research contents include: first,elaborated the research background,purpose and significance of this paper,the research literature at home and abroad;second,based on the stakeholders of the listed companies in pharmaceutical industry performance evaluation theory review;third,analyzes the basic situation of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry;fourth,the balance of the interests of stakeholders,key performance indicators design,construction of pharmaceutical industry comprehensive performance evaluation index system of the listed company;fifth,expounds the AHP and entropy principle to determine the weights of the evaluation indexes of performance evaluation methods.Analysis of the two stages with grey comprehensive evaluation model of the advantage;sixth,to 40 pharmaceutical manufacturing listed companies in China as samples A comprehensive analysis of its data was carried out.The results show that the overall performance level of China's pharmaceutical manufacturing listed companies is relatively low,and the performance gap between the listed companies is relatively large,so we need to pay more attention to the protection of the main stakeholders and rationally configure the resources of enterprises.
