With the continuous reduction of industrial barriers and the increasingly fierce market competition,enterprises must find problems by themselves to reduce costs.The key to reducing costs is to reduce logistics costs.In order to reduce the cost of logistics.it is necessary to study the logistics in all aspects to eliminate or reduce the logistics activities of materials,including the logistics of purchasing raw materials,material handling at the production site,material storage,material handling,Logistics.In this thesis,the mixed-flow assembly line is taken as the research background.According to the usage rate of materials and the volume of the materials,the material classification standard is proposed and matched with the corresponding distribution mode.Then,based on the perspective of minimizing the total cost,a mathematic model based on kanban distribution and a mathematical model based on Kitting distribution were established respectively.The calculation of kanban in the kanban-based model involves not only the configuration of the delivery staff but also the factors such as the inventory level of the supermarket.In the model,the relationship between the factors influencing the quantity of kanban at the production site is quantified.Based on the minimum total cost,the supermarket inventory level and the number of dispensers are used as decision variables to find the decision variables that minimize the total cost The combination of which to get the best Kanban number.In the mathematical model based on Kitting distribution,several factors influencing the Kitting distribution system,such as the cycle time,the number of employees and the number of Kitting boxes,are pointed out by minimizing WIP and labor costs.In the case study,this thesis takes a solar energy enterprise that is actually operating as an example,takes the material supply and assembly process under mixed flow assembly as the research object,and according to the established model to solve the total cost involved in the distribution of enterprises.The result showed the cost has been significantly reduced.
