Research On The Impact Of Knowledge Innovation And Intellectual Capital On The Competitive Advantage Of Enterprises

In the era of knowledge-based economy,the impact of intellectual capital on the competitive advantages of business development has become more prominent.Based on the increasing dimension of knowledge,it is of realistic and theoretical value to explore the impact of knowledge innovation and intellectual capital on the competitive advantages of enterprises.This study used empirical research methods,put forward a theoretical hypothetical model,collected data through questionnaires,using descriptive statistics,factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis.Starting from the value added,the relationship between knowledge innovation and intellectual capital on the competitive advantage of enterprises was analyzed,and the conceptual models had all passed the test in the dissertation.In this model,intellectual capital is an intermediary variable,which increases the relevance of knowledge innovation and competitive advantage of enterprises.The conclusion is as follows: knowledge innovation is positively related to intellectual capital,knowledge innovation is positively correlated with the competitive advantage of enterprises,and intellectual capital is positively correlated with the competitive advantage of enterprises.Human capital is the core of intellectual capital,knowledge sharing and exchange promote knowledge innovation.Good return on assets and profit rate for three consecutive years is the specific performance of intellectual capital on the competitive advantage of enterprises,which increases the core competitiveness of enterprises.The innovation point includes three aspects: First,from the dimension of the increase of knowledge value,it analyzed the influence of knowledge innovation and intellectual capital on the competitive advantage of enterprises and provided a viable route for enhancing the competitive advantage of enterprises;secondly,the human capital is a particularly important strategic asset,especially the entrepreneurial spirit,at the core of the enterprise's competitive advantage,which can promote enterprises to obtain sustainable competitive advantage.Thirdly,organizational learning,especially knowledge sharing and communication,can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of knowledge innovation and fundamentally improve the competitive advantage of enterprises;At the same time,the strength of research & development and the number of patent grants,especially the invention patents,represent the ability of independent innovation of enterprises,are significantly related to the competitive advantage of enterprises.
