There is no doubt that the concept of supply chain management has gradually been applied and practiced domestically since the 1990 s.For the current development of China's electronics manufacturing industry,strengthening supply chain management is clearly the best response to the current fierce market competition.Under the supply chain management theory model,involving the upstream industry and the downstream industry,the upstream industry is to provide the raw materials and other materials needed by the electronic manufacturing enterprises.For example,for the display manufacturer T Company,it needs to purchase from upstream suppliers.Panels,PC boards,capacitor resistance,and other components,if it does not strengthen the management of such suppliers for T company,will seriously affect the entire T electronics manufacturing company's strategic development layout.Since the birth of supply chain management,it has made remarkable achievements.This has led companies to realize that in the context of industrial transformation and upgrading,it is not only necessary to pay attention to problems within the company.For example,it only focuses on the internal management process.The optimization and the acquisition of resources can not obtain the maximum value,but the overall value of the entire supply chain will be strengthened from the perspective of the entire industry chain and supply chain,and ultimately the entire industry chain will obtain the largest value.profit.This article selects T company's supplier management status as a case study object,based on supply chain management theory and supplier management related theoretical basis,conducts a case study of current T company supplier management status and problems,and selects from T company supplier.The process was optimized at the level,and the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)method was used to construct an indicator system for the evaluation of the T company's suppliers.On this basis,the incentive mechanism was constructed from the two aspects of performance management and classification management of suppliers,and the organization and implementation of the above-mentioned tactical measures and the safeguard system were discussed.This paper studies the current management situation of T company for suppliers,combines theory with practice,and provides a certain reference and reference for China's current management research on suppliers.
