Nowadays,Industry-University cooperation has become an important driver to promote the national economy,science and technology.However,there still exist a rather large gap between China and the developed countries in the practice of Industry-University cooperation.Therefore,this paper researches on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.Most Industry-University game researches are based on the economic benefits.However,the motivations of cooperation not only have economic motivation,but also the honor motivation,resource motivation and intrinsic motivation from the reality.Value co-creation theory attributes all the factors such as ability promotion,friendship,trust that cannot be measured by economic profit to “value”.Secondly,all the factors such as the knowledge,time,emotion that cannot be measured by economic cost was regarded as "input".Because these input which is not easy to measure may lead to speculation,social dilemmas inevitably occur in the process of Industry-University value co-creation.And,there is few studies on how to design and build appropriate organizational structure and mechanism to expand the achievements of value co-creation.In order to reveal the negative impact of social dilemmas and solve these problems,this article integrates the diagnosis mechanism of value co-creation theory,DART model,into evolutionary game model and thoroughly analyses the influence of the interaction details on the game results.Next,this article uses MATLAB data simulation to reveal the effect of the initial investment intention,personal value and social value,industry's input and cost,the government's institutional incentives and one side's passivism on the choice of game strategy.According to the conclusions of model and simulation,the game result is uncertain,which contains the balance of high value co-creation(both sides take the best strategy)and the balance of low value co-creation(both sides take the slack strategy).In order to realize the balance of high value creation,the enterprises should develop the innovation;universities need to improve the consciousness of honesty;both sides should strengthen interaction and trust mechanism;the government should strengthen incentive policy from the aspects of legal guarantee,policy guarantee and supervision guarantee. |
