A Research On CY Group's Technology Innovation Management System

Since 2018,trade friction between China and the United States have intensified.The outbreak of the "ZTE event" made people realize that the competition between enterprises and even the competition among countries in the era of knowledge economy,the essential is the competition of technological innovation.Effective technical innovation management is the fundamental way to enhance technical innovation capabilities.More and more enterprise managers in China have realized that through scientific management methods,improving the technological innovation capability and enhancing the market competitiveness has become an important way to continuously improve the economic benefits of enterprises.CY Group is a diversified and cross-industry enterprise group.There are obvious differences in the management system from single-species and single-industry enterprises.In the company's many years of business practice,CY Group has gradually formed a set of its own management model and system in the technical innovation work.However,with the changes in the global economic structure,the world economic competition has undergone a revolutionary change.In the context of the new economic era,CY Group reflects the slow upgrading of traditional industries,the increasing difficulty of management,the incompatibility of input and output,and development.Outstanding problems such as lack of strength.This thesis studies the comprehensive technical innovation management theory at home and abroad.Taking CY Group as the analysis object,it analyzes the problems of CY Group in the technical innovation management mechanism through on-site interviews and questionnaires.Such as The Group's management and control capabilities for subsidiaries are not strong.The Group's overall informationization is low,R&D investment is insufficient,intellectual property management and maintenance are not perfect,incentives for technological innovation are insufficient,and the integration of technological innovation resources within the Group is insufficient.In view of these problems in CY Group's technologyinnovation management,based on the theory of technology innovation management,this thesis designs and improves the mechanism of CY Group's technology innovation management work,and puts forward specific suggestions for the problems in the above aspects.Through the case study of CY Group's technological innovation management,it has certain reference and reference significance for the technology innovation management of similar enterprise groups.
