Taking Jiangxi Branch of Pacific Property Insurance Company as an example,this paper studies the service innovation mechanism of insurance industry,constructs the influencing factors model of service innovation of insurance industry,and further enriches the existing service innovation theory system.This paper uses the theory of economics,narrow sense service innovation,AHP and case studies.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of service innovation in insurance industry by means of analysis and other methods,including government laws and regulations,external supervision,social and cultural environment,service strategy innovation,residents' self-insurance awareness,residents' income level,insurance products innovation,service means innovation,technological innovation,service system and mechanism creation.New,insurance extension innovation,personnel quality,service concept innovation,marketing and underwriting,claims service,from the outside to the inside,from theoretical research to the Pacific Property Insurance Company Jiangxi Branch of the specific practice,the establishment of a set of insurance industry service innovation mechanism theory.This study believes that,first,innovative service is the requirement of the insurance industry to serve the overall economic and social situation.The effect of insurance operation is ultimately reflected in insurance products and services.Only through continuous service innovation can the service function of insurance be brought into full play.Essentially speaking,in order to protect people's survival needs,improve people's quality of life,and realize people's all-round development services,insurance needs to constantly carry out service innovation and provide multi-level and diversified insurance products.The insurance industry serves the overall economic and social situation,requiring expanding the coverage of insurance,revolving around all walks of life and various fields of social development,various regions,various groups of people for service innovation.That is to say,we should develop the products that the urban residents need,and the products that the rural residents need.We should develop the products that suit the characteristics of the developed areasand the products that suit the characteristics of the less developed areas.Second,innovative service is the guarantee to promote the development of modern insurance service industry: the development of modern insurance service industry is the development strategy of the insurance industry in a long period of time.To achieve the goal of accelerating the development of modern insurance service industry,it is not feasible to take the traditional road of development.It is necessary to take innovative development thinking and innovative development mode to take the path of innovative development.To expand and extend the insurance industry to new areas,service innovation is needed;to adapt to the new environment and new circumstances,the insurance industry needs service innovation;to enhance operational efficiency and participate in international competition,the insurance industry also needs service innovation.Practice has proved that the rapid development of the insurance industry in the past 30 years and service innovation can not be separated from the future development of modern insurance services can not be separated from service innovation.Three,innovative service is the basis for the survival and development of insurance companies.Service innovation is an important way to improve the core competitiveness of insurance companies.Through service innovation,insurance companies can not only take the lead in obtaining important customer resources,and achieve good economic benefits,but also can gain the reputation of pioneers and establish a good brand image.On the contrary,if the service of insurance company lacks innovation,attraction and recognition from consumers,it will be difficult for enterprises to grow up and vulnerable to market changes.Four,innovative service is the need for the insurance industry to conform to the trend of financial integration.At present,the trend of convergence and development of money market,capital market and insurance market is increasingly obvious.With the development of the integration of financial services,the boundaries of the three major financial products,banking,securities and insurance,are becoming more and more blurred,and the relevance and substitution are becoming stronger and stronger.In order to adapt to this new trend of development and truly become one of the three pillars in the process of financial integration and development,the insurance industry must make a breakthrough in service innovation.Through service innovation,the comparative advantages of theinsurance industry can be further strengthened and the role of the insurance industry in the allocation of financial resources can be better played.After decades of reform and opening up,China's insurance products and services have made great progress.They have played an active role in serving the economic and social development and meeting the needs of people's production and life.The number of insurance products has increased rapidly,and the system has taken shape initially,especially in the service innovation and development.Insurance services continue to deepen and move towards refinement and individuation.At the same time,China's insurance service innovation still has many shortcomings,and there are many incompatible with the new situation,the new situation.Through the method of system dynamics,this paper finds that the innovation of claim settlement service is the most important influencing factor in the scheme layer.It can be seen that as the most critical step of property insurance industry,claim settlement service is also the part that needs the most effort in innovation.If the innovation of claim settlement service is done well,the most important innovation of insurance service is stepped out.A step.Residents' insurance consciousness ranks second.Residents' insurance consciousness is the driving force of service innovation in the insurance industry.Service innovation in the insurance industry without demand is meaningless,and the goal of service innovation will be lost.Only when the consciousness of the service object is enhanced,can the service innovation of the whole insurance industry be promoted.Service innovation and insurance product innovation rank third and fourth.The innovation of insurance service means and insurance products is also regarded as an important part of insurance service innovation.The major insurance companies will take the initiative to innovate from the insurance service means and insurance products.This innovation can be driven by endogenous driving force,take the initiative as a starting point,take the customer demand as the initiative.Improve the means and products,improve the customer's product experience,cater to the potential needs of customers,and seek a larger customer base.This paper puts forward some policy suggestions on service innovation of insurance industry.From the external factors,the first is to further enhance theawareness of the importance.Second,we should pay more attention to the system construction.Third is to further integrate into the overall situation of economic development.Fourth,it is promising to persist in the service innovation of the insurance industry.Fifth is to further enhance the level of professional services.Sixth,we should further increase policy support and guide the allocation of insurance resources to the field of science and technology.Seventh is to further strengthen supervision and guidance.Eighth,we should further improve basic work.From the internal factors,the first is the efficient response of employees and businesses online.The second is products and services that suit customers' needs,and the service channels are smooth.The third is to guide customers online consumption,offline personalized services to provide,and the fourth is to manage the whole process online,improve operational efficiency.Fifth is to enhance service awareness and innovative service concept.Sixth is to seize customer needs and innovate service content.The seventh is to upgrade the technological level and innovate the means of service.The eighth is to focus on the short board and innovate the basic services.Ninth is to establish and improve the product service innovation mechanism.Tenth is to grasp the key link of product service innovation.Eleventh is to continue to promote the popularization of insurance clauses.The twelfth is to promote the innovation of insurance sales channels.The thirteenth is to intensify the innovation of insurance management.Fourteenth is to strengthen the basic data construction of product service innovation.Fifteenth,we should fully mobilize the initiative in all aspects of innovation.
