services,intelligence services,intermediary services,internal services,effective operation of the model to improve the competitiveness of the ecological industrial cluster,In order to promote our country and our province to promote the development of ecological industry,provide theoretical basis and decision-making reference for our country and our province ecological industrial cluster structure adjustment and optimization.This paper begins with the theory of ecological service industry cluster innovation,based on the literature review,analysis of the demand of eco industrial cluster on service innovation,combined with the current development of the ecological economic zone of Poyang Lake,analyzed using fishbone diagram and AHP method on the influence factors of the ecological development of industrial cluster analysis.Combined with the influencing factors of service innovation theory of Poyang Lake eco industrial cluster service innovation.And the influence of
