Research On Dispute Management Of Property Management In Residential Quarters

With the fast development of society and economy,the high demand of quality residential environment,property management and property service have been widely applied into people's daily life.Currently,the status quo of property management and property service stay in the preliminary period,meanwhile,the consciousness of managing property in estate company and that of fighting for rights among proprietor are still low.Under such circumstance,divergences and disputes between two parties throw big threats to the social harmony.With regard to its significance,how to deal with the conflict on property management has gradually become a heated issue.This thesis presents a comprehensive analysis of the frequent occurrences of property management disputes,the applied systems and regulations and a detailed discussion on the influence on society management.Also,it endeavors to propose some constructive suggestions against the existed problems for the purpose of enhancing the property management level and elevating the happiness and satisfactory index among the public.
