Urban rail transit project is not only a city,but also a country with important practical significance of large-scale transportation facilities.Its impact on the entire city traffic,economic impact is not comparable to other transport facilities.For this reason,the research on risk management of urban rail transit system is especially important.If any one of the steps has a problem due to the risk,it will not only cause incalculable losses to the whole project,It is more likely to have an impact on the macro economy of the entire region.In the early stage of the project,only by paying attention to the risk identification and analysis,can the urban rail transit system run safely and efficiently in the later construction and even operation stage,and give full play to its maximum utility.In this thesis,I use the experience and knowledge of experts to manage the risk,but it is likely to be influenced by the subjective factors of experts.So on this basis,I put forward the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on AHP to evaluate the risk,and prove its feasibility with Dalian Metro.In this Thesis,the background of the research and the related concepts of urban rail transit system are introduced.Then,the risk analysis includes risk identification and risk analysis,then puts forward the concept of risk management in life cycle,and then identifies the main risks in each stage of the project.The fuzzy evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to evaluate the risk of urban rail projects.Then the actual application of Dalian Metro itself to verify its effectiveness.Finally,the conclusion and outlook for the future have been drawn.
