Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Changzhou National Tax Service

The wave of new scientific and technological revolution has swept the world,the development of transnational capital globalization and development,the difficulty of government administration,the traditional management of the government is difficult to adapt to the new situation,all governments before and after the implementation of administrative reform,the construction of service-oriented government has become the mainstream of the world today.Taxpayers' awareness of civil rights gradually awakens,and the need to safeguard their own rights and interests is increasingly pressing.The tax authorities provide continuous taxation service,make clear the tax service as the core business of the tax authorities,and supplement and interact with the tax collection and administration of the original core business.To improve the quality of tax services,taxpayers can Be guided through the entire process of tax collection and management to understand tax law,awe-inspiring tax law,and compliance with tax laws and voluntarily fulfill their tax obligations.Due to the high taxation cost in China,it is imperative to further improve taxation services and clearly define positioning,scope,and optimization measures.This paper first studies the connotation of tax payment services,and distinguishes them by distinguishing them from related concepts.Briefly state the status quo of Changzhou state tax current tax service.Following the theory of new public service,through questionnaires and other methods,we identified some problems in Changzhou's tax service:tax service work is not in place;service is not well-targeted;the network is unstable;taxation time is too long,and so on.Analyze its causes.Finally,after drawing lessons from the advanced experience of these issues at home and abroad,we put forward corresponding optimization suggestions:scientific and reasonable positioning of taxation services;further enrich the content of taxation services;broaden the tax payment service channels;further simplify the tax processing process;and strengthen the information construction.
