In recent years, by economy fast growth, the government is increasing the investment of foundation facility, the Metal business is developing very fast as well with producing expansion and concentration. The request about management of Metal factory is drastically increased, for high stability of factory producing, especially for the high efficiency of producing and stability of products. Keeping smooth producing and high efficiency is most typical and essential performance in Metal territory. To suppliers to provide producing facility for Metal customers, smooth producing and high efficient operation is the basic request to this industry; and decides whether they can live and develop in this territory. Hereby,After-sales service has been highlighted by those suppliers more and more as it is the chance to show their ability in front of customers, meanwhile, they expect to enhance reputation and competition by increasing their management capability of After-sales service, achieve customer supports to benefit products sales and market sharing.This paper will base on the real example of TMEIC company and combine my experience to work in this company, objectively instruct their management of After-sales service by System analysis, Qualitative analysis and Theory and Practice observation,including operation institution, process control, quality management, cost saving, spare parts sales etc. With TMEIC history, occupation position, products mix, human resource, and enterprise culture, the paper will comprehensively investigate problems existing in the management of TMEIC After-sales service based on Marketing management, value management of After-sales service, Service management, and Customer management, then launch some improvement and proposal eventually.
