Research On The Effect Of Suning's Transform To Its Finance Performance

With the rapid development of the national economy,the Internet economy enters people's lives and becomes the key element of national development.Internet enterprises have unique policy and resource advantages,the era of big data provides the necessary technical basis and social background for the development of Internet enterprises,so compared with traditional retail enterprises,e-commerce + store + retail service providers maintain greater potential development.Under such a good development background,Suning has experienced the transformation from a traditional retail enterprise into a ecommerce + store + retail enterprise,and has stood out in the fierce competition.This paper sort out the relevant literature firstly through case analysis,and then analyze Suning's financial report data from 2009 to 2017 to find why Suning should do the transformation and its performance after the transformation with the method of Harford in four dimensions: strategic analysis,prospects analysis,accounting analysis and financial analysis.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the impact and refers to the relevant data of similar enterprises in the industry,summarizes the experience of Suning in the the risks existing in Suning's operation at the present,and puts forward some measures to solve the related risks,which will be of reference for the sustainable operation and long-term development of Suning.Research results indicate that,although Suning transformation phases progress has been made,but for 2009-2017 period through the Suning's business performance analysis and compared with that of the Jingdong,gome company,people can see Suning is still facing many challenges,how to deal with these challenges to grasp the opportunity and market is still the problem that Suning management team and similar enterprises in transition are faced with.
