Research On Asset-backed Securirization Of Internet Consumer Finance

China's Internet consumer finance industry has developed rapidly in recent years,but behind the rapid development,the financing problem of China's Internet consumer finance enterprises has become the main factor restricting its development.On the other hand,China's asset securitization market is developing rapidly,and asset securitization can help Internet consumer finance enterprises to solve their financing problems.However,from the perspective of the application of asset securitization in the Internet consumer finance industry,there are few asset securitization projects in the Internet consumer finance industry and the industry lacks relevant experience.Therefore,it is very important to study the asset securitization of Internet consumer finance and sum up a set of effective asset securitization of Internet consumer finance.This paper takes ant check later asset securitization project as the research object.Firstly,based on the summary of previous research results,the essence,process,characteristics,effects and risk control measures of asset securitization of Internet consumer finance are studied and analyzed theoretically.Then,this paper analyzes the basic situation of ant check later and the necessity of asset securitization.Finally,this paper introduced the ants spend bai asset securitization case,detailed study all aspects of the asset securitization and financial information,the trade structure,effect and risk control methods are analyzed and evaluation.This paper argues that asset securitization can help China's Internet consumer finance to solve capital problems and improve the operation efficiency of enterprises' assets.Government supervision should strengthen the construction of relevant capital market system,and Internet consumer finance enterprises should create new business models on the basis of compliance.
