A Research On The Pharmaceutical Logistics From The Perspective Of Supply Chain

In China,the pharmaceutical logistics industry is a sunrise industry that has developed rapidly in the process of improving the modern economic system and deepening the reform of the medical system.In order to comply with the requirements of the “13th Five-Year Plan”,“Implementing the new development concept and adapting to grasp the new normal of economic development”,it is an inevitable trend to promote the high-quality development of pharmaceutical logistics.In 2017,the national pharmaceutical distribution market grew steadily.The national sales value of seven major pharmaceuticals' categories reached 2.0 trillion yuan,with an increase of 8.4% year-on-year.Affected by policies,such as “two-vote system”,“medicare cost control” and “drug cost control”,the growth rate of national pharmaceutical distribution market has slowed down.Pharmaceutical logistics enterprises will be in the stage of structural adjustment and industrial transformation in a certain period of time.In recent years,the state has introduced a number of policies to guide and support the development of pharmaceutical logistics.The supply-side reform has been gradually promoted,the medical reform has been further developed,the cost reduction and increased efficiency has been remarkable and the industrial structure has continued to be optimized.Pharmaceutical logistics has ushered in a rare development opportunity.At the same time,the government continues to strengthen supervision,social logistics enterprises have entered the pharmaceutical logistics market and the terminals thermal market is highly competitive,The pharmaceutical logistics industry is in an increasingly competitive market environment,and the demands it faces have also changed.Therefore,pharmaceutical logistics have to solve the following questions,such as high costs,low efficiency,single function and insufficient capabilities.The 19 th National Congress gave the development direction of pharmaceutical logistics with the supply chain as the driving force for innovation.The State Council issued the “Guiding Opinions on Actively Promoting Supply Chain Innovation and Application”(Guo Ban Fa [2017] No.84)for guiding and comprehensively deploying.Opinions require pharmaceutical logistics to propose solutions to logistics problems with supply chain thinking and improve service levels.This paper takes pharmaceutical logistics as the main research object,finds out supply chain solutions,improves the multi-bin linkage system,promotes the coordinated development of pharmaceutical logistics and pharmaceutical industry,strengthens logistics standardization and information construction,vigorously develops third-party pharmaceutical logistics and improves the logistics platform system and talents system in order to provide a reference of pharmaceutical logistics development.
