Research On Performance Evaluation Indicators System For Pharmaceutical Logistics Based On Integrated Supply Chain

Since entering 21st century ,pharmaceutical industry of our country have scored a vigorous development, but the development of pharmaceutical logistics industry is relatively backward; Today is the supply chain logistics management age, so as the pharmaceutical logistics; at present, integrated supply chain is the focus of theoretical research of supply chain, it also be one of the important development trend of supply chain in the future. In order to provide high level of pharmaceutical logistics services and improve the competitiveness of the enterprise, more and more pharmaceutical logistics companies try to realize the logistics management based on integrated supply chain through resource integration and information sharing. The concept of pharmaceutical logistics based on integrated supply chain is put forward in the background as mentioned above.The first problem need to be solved is that purple performance evaluation model has to be constructed for pharmaceutical logistics based on integrated supply chain. The traditional view and model of performance for individual enterprise cannot adapt to the evaluation requirements of pharmaceutical logistics based on integrated supply chain, the research on performance evaluation model of pharmaceutical logistics based on integrated supply chain is becoming increasingly important, which is the significance both on theory and practice.This paper summarizes and analyses the research status of pharmaceutical logistics, integrated l supply chain and logistics performance evaluation in the domestic and foreign, and use these theories to research performance evaluation indexes and evaluation model of pharmaceutical logistics based on the integrated supply chain. This paper constructs the performance evaluation system from the views of customer value supply chain value, and gives each evaluation index quantification method. In order to facilitate the practical application, this paper gives a case study which uses the comprehensive evaluation method based on BP neural network model. Through the research of performance evaluation of pharmaceutical logistics based on the integrated supply chain in this paper, some valuable enlightenment in the operation and performance evaluation of pharmaceutical logistics based on the integrated supply chain will be provided.
