Research On Beijing Telecom's Innovation Incubation Mechanism Under The Background Of Mobile Internet

In recent years,with the great development of the Internet,the effect of mobile Internet application products on the substitution of traditional state-owned enterprises has become increasingly prominent.Faced with the competition and challenges in the Internet era,state-owned enterprises have profoundly realized that technological innovation has become the main path for future product evolution,and that the general secretary of the Party's Nineteenth Congress pointed out that innovation was the leading driving force for development.While state-owned enterprises is the backbone of the economy,we must take the initiative to meet the advent of the mobile Internet era.As typical representatives of traditional state-owned enterprises,telecom operators have also begun to establish innovative incubator bases.The successful operating mechanism of mature market incubators has been introduced to promote the innovation of enterprise technologies and products through innovation and incubation,and to reshape market competitive advantages.However,it is gradually found that the actual operation process is limited by the impact of the traditional operating system,innovative incubator mechanism implemented by telecom operators encountered a variety of issues.Therefore,studying the future development path of the innovation incubation mechanism has very important practical significance for Beijing Telecom.After illustrating the background and significance of the research,this article firstly introduced the development status of mobile Internet products,and focused on the development of Internet applications that formed alternative competitive relationships with traditional operators.The data was used to explain the great impact of Internet products on traditional state-owned telecommunications operators.The in-depth analysis of Beijing Telecom's business development trends in the era of mobile Internet development and the internal and external competitive environment was provided.It is clear that carrying out innovation incubation is the only way to help transform the company and enhance the competitiveness of the product market.Secondly,based on the theory of innovation economics,this paper adopted the SWOT strategic analysis model to compare Beijing Telecom's internal with external environment,in addition to its own advantages and disadvantages.The thorough research on Beijing Telecom's innovation and development strategy was conducted,and the most innovative strategic direction for the future development of the company was analyzed.At the same time,combined with the typical case of enterprise innovation project incubation,the in-depth analysis of Beijing Telecom's historical innovation incubation mechanism is carried out,and the front-end docking and disconnection of projects appearing in the process of operation,the price of state-owned enterprise resource-based products are uncontrollable,and the key project resources are difficult to be tilted.The lack of innovation and motivation of the responsible person of the company,the lack of long-term incentive policies and the transformation mechanism of project incubation results.The transformation idea of innovation incubation mechanism is put forward,which provides a valuable reference for telecom operators to carry out innovation work.Finally,this paper proposed how to build an innovation strategy system based on the company's strategic objectives for the development of innovative work and operational experience of historical mechanisms.It would also strengthen the sense of responsibility for innovation,stimulate innovation motives for corporate managers,and improve the innovative talents mechanism to cultivate innovative talents and strengthen internal cooperation.The establishment of a mechanism to strengthen the demand side to guide innovation projects,increase the intensity of open and collaborative innovation,improve the innovation project implementation conversion mechanism and other aspects of optimizing the development path of innovation incubation mechanism were discussed.
