Telecom Corporations Innovation Management System Establishment And Case Study

Innovation has become increasingly important as an approach of efficiency improving for many corporations, and the efficacious innovation management has become a significant impact factor to how effective innovation as a way to contribute to organization. Presently, many domestic Telecom Corporations are lack of a systematic approach to guide the management of innovation. As a result, some innovations activities cloud not react on enhancing operating capability and increasing the benefit for corporations. The following aspects aiming at forming an Innovation Management System for Telecom Corporations in this paper:1. Establish Innovation Management System Model for the service sector enterprises. Citing the domestic manufacturers' innovation theory, analyzing the differences of the service and manufacturing industry, confirmed the core of enterprise innovation and the key factors of Innovation Management System, analyzed the key factors of establishing innovative management objectives, and clarified the process of innovation process management.2. Established Innovation Management System for Telecom Corporations. Based on this innovative management system for the service sector enterprises and the characteristics of telecom companies, cleared the core of innovation of telecom companies, analyzed the key factors of establishing innovative management objectives, clarified the key work module of innovation process management and their sub-processes, and formed the Innovation Management System to guide the implementation of innovative management for Telecom Corporations.3. Take the practice of innovation management of one Telecom Corporation for an example, confirmed the feasibility and effectiveness of Telecom Corporations Innovation Management System, and proposed some suggestions to help improve the enterprise innovation management: to apply Innovation Management System in conjunction with their own characteristics; strategic selection and implementation of innovation are the two key modules; and attention should be paid to the two segments of information feedback.
