The management of hotel cost control is to refine the internal and external value chain of the hotel after the accurate market positioning,aiming at the specific customer group,and adopting the management method of strategic cost management to manage the hotel,so as to reduce the cost of the hotel.And maintain the goal of lasting competitiveness.However,the traditional cost calculation method is difficult to determine the key data.In order to achieve the goal of improving the profitability and level of hotel,we need to adopt scientific cost control method.And the sense of responsibility of employees towards enterprises cannot be mobilized by mere rhetoric and groundless arguments.It needs to closely link the immediate interests of employees with the development goals of the enterprises,and infiltrate them into every aspect of their daily work.Let the staff to seek.profits for the enterprise as a job,in addition to a certain supervision and management mechanism,you can achieve very good results.The way to reduce the operating cost is not to purchase the goods with low price,but to adopt the win-win procurement measures and methods,and to plug the loopholes in the procurement process to achieve the purpose of reducing procurement costs.In addition,the use of goods should be reasonable use,reduce waste,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing costs.After these excellent cost management methods are put into practice,very good results will be achieved in guiding the management of the hotel.The third and fourth parts of the article describe the theory of strategic cost management of Sanya MGT hotel operation,the implementation of the hotel management process.MGT hotel cost control and management thinking is not simply to pursue cost reduction,but in a serious analysis of the industry in the display situation,combined with their own management characteristics and needs,to avoid disadvantages,carry forward the advantages,Then a series of measures to promote the hotel competitive advantage and achieve the goal of cost control,the cost control presents a benign trend of development,and in this process,has also formed its own management style.And form the system of these styles,abstracting out a convenient hotel management and management of the responsibility.This is the core of MGT hotel strategic cost management.In the fifth part of the article,another hotel owned by MGT Hotel Group cited the strategic cost management method of MGT Hotel,but it still made outstanding achievements,especially the marketing strategy it made by following the idea of MGT Hotel.It can be used to guide any hotel market operation.The sixth part expounds the core of strategic cost management of MGT hotel,and constructs this core into a system,so as to make the empirical research of this article play a guiding role in practice.The last part of the paper is the conclusion and prospect.
