Real estate enterprises have always occupied an important position in China's economic development,and their unique characteristics of high amount of funds occupied,long time interval for funds to be collected,and high inter-relationship within the industry make any fluctuations in the real estate industry lead to fluctuations in China's economy,and the same vibrations in other industries also cause vibrations in the real estate industry.Therefore,the real estate industry is more likely to face financial risks.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China held in 2017.The report clearly stated that the house is for the public to live in,not for investors to make money,but also for the future direction of the real estate industry.The investment attribute of real estate is becoming weaker and weaker,and the financial nature is beginning to return to industrialization.In addition,property issues such as " stock removal "," down payment "," property-purchasing limitations " and " real estate tax " have also become the most concerned topics for delegates,members of the NPC and CPPCC and media reporters this year.Real estate enterprises need to take timely measures to solve the problems of large inventory,high cost and high financial leverage,so as to curb the losses caused by risks.This shows that it is of great significance to control the financial risks of real estate enterprises.This paper focuses on the financial risk control of real estate enterprises.First,it summarizes the definition of enterprise financial risk,the connotation of financial risk,the content of real estate enterprise financial risk control and the theoretical basis of real estate enterprise financial risk control.Secondly,it analyzes the main financial data of enterprise B and compares it with the two companies of the same level in the industry.It identifies the financial risks existing in enterprise B from the aspects of fund raising,investment,operation,fund recovery,cash flow and income distribution,and analyzes the problems and reasons existing in financial risk control.Finally,summarize the enlightenment obtained by enterprise B and put forward the countermeasures to control financial risks for the whole real estate industry.
