With the development of market economy,the production mode of many varieties and small batches is becoming the main trend,which forces the manufacturing enterprises to improve the production mode.The traditional batch processing method is easy to cause the machine idle,the production load of individual machines is too large,the processing time is long and the efficiency is low.Therefore,when manufacturing companies face changes in demand for multiple varieties and small batches,how to effectively shorten the processing time and increase the utilization rate of manufacturing resources has become the primary issue to be resolved.On this basis,this paper studies the optimization of the integration of flexible routing and batch processing.The main research content includes:1)A batch division strategy for batch division of batch parts was proposed.For partsbased batch optimization,issues such as long completion time,low total machine utilization,and excessive total machine load due to improper batch allocation.In order to make the batch division of parts more oriented and the search space predictable,this paper adopts exploratory and positive feedback methods to divide the parts in batches.As the various types of parts are batched,the number of parallel processes within the part is significantly increased,resulting in improved production efficiency and shortened completion time.2)Based on the study of batch partitioning strategy,this paper puts forward a research method based on artificial ant colony algorithm to consider the completion time of flexible routing and batch processing integration optimization.A mathematical model for integrated optimization of flexible process routes and batch processing considering the completion time was established,and a specific optimization flow was proposed.In the sub-batch division and process route determination,taking into account the machine flexibility,order constraints,process flexibility,flexible process route selection.By designing an artificial ant colony algorithm,a suitable process route for each sub-batch part is specified while batching the parts.3)On the basis of the above research,a research method for integrating and optimizing the flexible process route and batch processing considering multi-objectives is proposed.A mathematical model for integration of multi-objective flexible routing and batch processing was established,and an optimization strategy for this problem was proposed.Minimize the completion time,maximize the total machine utilization and minimize the total machine load as the optimization goal,and introduce the pareto optimization method.An improved multiobjective ant colony algorithm based on pareto method is designed.The detailed design of ant colony population,pheromone matrix and heuristic matrix,pheromone value and heuristic value aggregation,pheromone matrix update solution,construction of pareto optimal solution,preservation of pareto optimal solution,etc.Improve the solution performance of the algorithm.
