Most of the enterprises transportion of our country rely mainly on rail transport to carry out the freight transportion,and the railway transportation is still mainly based on manual scheduling.Although as an experienced dispatcher,it is also difficult to give optimal scheduling plans in the case of chaotic railroad stations and complex types of operations.With the rapid development of the national economy and the continuous,expansion of the scale of enterprises,the traditional manual scheduling plan cannot meet the needs of enterprises.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the efficiency of enterprise transportation by studying the intelligent arrangement of scheduling plan and realizing the information and intelligence of railway transportation system,This paper firstly introduces the composition and business process of the railway freight station,and then introduces in detail the overall operation content and the planning process in the railway station.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the railway station and the transfer,the directional topology model of the railway station is established by using the abstract structure of the station.And a directional search algorithm is proposed based on this model.The search function between the initial operating point and objective is achieved,which lays the foundation for the next work.In order to solve the optimal operation of placing-in and taking-out wagons in scheduling plan,a cellular ant colony optimization algorithm is proposed to solve the optimal operation of placing-in and taking-out wagons in the railway scheduling optimization problem.By improving ACO's transition probabilities and strategy of updating pheromone,and combining the evolution rule of cellular with the pheromone updating rule of ant colony,the global optimization ability of ant colony is improved.The simulation result shows that the modified cellular ant colony optimization algorithm is effective.Based on the above theoretical research,the framework of the intelligent scheduling system of enterprise railway dispatching plan is designed to realize the function of the main module of the system.Finally,the feasibility of engineering application in railway station is verified.
