Research On Evaluation Of Green Technology Innovation Capability In Anhui Province

The current world economic development changes from resources and material economy to knowledge and circular economy,in order to meet the challenges of the ecological crisis,most countries put forward the concept of green innovation and development.To achieve the normalization of green innovation,promote sustainable economic and social development,we must rely on green technology.Therefore,the level of green technology innovation capability has become an important factor in measuring the economic development of a region.As an innovative province of the country,Anhui Province has proposed the general development policy of “leading the construction of beautiful Anhui with new development concepts”.How to implement the new development concept and achieve sustainable development in the green world requires continuous improvement of its own green technology innovation capabilities.Therefore,to accurately and objectively evaluate its own green technological innovation capability so as to discover the drawbacks of its own development in a timely manner and take corresponding rectification measures can become an issue that cannot be ignored.In this context,this paper establishes a set of evaluation index system for green technology innovation capability through the elaboration of the basic theory of green technology innovation.The factor analysis method was used to evaluate the green technology innovation ability of Anhui Province.Based on the evaluation conclusions,the problems existing in the green technology innovation activities in Anhui Province were analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were given.This article has designed six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction chapter,which elaborates on the background of the topic,the value and significance of the research,and the literature review.In addition,the research framework,research content,research methods and innovations of the thesis are further introduced.The second chapter introduces the theories related to green technology innovation capability.Firstly,the related concepts represented by green technology are defined.Secondly,a comprehensive analysis of the elements of the green technology innovation capability was carried out.The third chapter mainly introduces the evaluation index system and evaluation method of green technological innovation capability.Firstly,the principles for the construction of green technology innovation capability evaluation indicators and the screening of indicators are introduced.Secondly,a comparative analysis of various evaluation methods was carried out,and factor analysis method was selected as the evaluation method of this paper.Finally,the relevant theory of factor analysis is introduced in detail.The fourth chapter is the main part of this thesis,which is mainly to empirically analyze the green technology innovation ability of Anhui Province.First of all,the status quo of green technology innovation development in Anhui Province was analyzed.Secondly,the factor analysis method is used to compare and analyze the green technology innovation ability of Anhui Province.The fifth chapter gives corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the problems existing in Anhui Province in green technology innovation.At the enterprise level,this paper proposes to formulate a clear green technology innovation development strategy,increase investment in green technology innovation resources,strengthen the cultivation and introduction of high-tech talents,create a good corporate green innovation culture,and improve the company's green innovation in the market.Sensitivity;At the government level,this paper proposes to promote the transformation of the green economy,optimize the environmental regulation system,improve the fiscal and taxation policies,improve the utilization of foreign capital,establish a green technology service center,and strengthen legal protection;at the same time,it is important to pay attention to the importance of universities and research institutions.effect.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and outlook of this paper.The research results of this paper can be used as a reference for the improvement of Anhui's green technology innovation capability.
