The real estate industry is a comprehensive industry that is related to the national economy and the people's livelihood,and is also the pillar industry of China's economic development at this stage.In recent years,the degree of marketization of the real estate industry has been continuously improved,and the intensity of macro-control policies at the national level has been constantly increasing.For real estate companies,they are exposed to risks from the macro environment,supply and demand,global competition and the emergence of new technologies.As a regional real estate company based on the development of the group,Henan H Real Estate Co.,Ltd.has faced many problems in its development for many years:the competition in the real estate industry is fierce,and the development strategy of the company's highest level is not clear enough;as the company's overall scale grows,The original organizational structure and human resources system are difficult to adapt to the current development needs;the number of development projects is increasing,the company is not enough in cross-regional operation management and brand building.Based on the development status of Henan H Real Estate Co.,Ltd.,this paper adopts analytical tools such as PEST,Porter's five-force model and SWOT.Through the combination of sufficient theory and actual conditions,the development of Henan H Real Estate Co.,Ltd.and its existing problems were analyzed,and the corresponding development strategies were put forward.The main contents are as follows: First,the research background and significance of this paper,as well as the main research contents and methods;secondly,the development status of Henan H Real Estate Co.,Ltd.,the macro environment,industry development environment and internal development environment of Henan H Real Estate Co.,Ltd.The analysis was carried out.The third is the SWOT analysis of Henan H Real Estate Co.,Ltd.,which formulated the development vision and strategic positioning of the company,and summarized the company's development strategy focus.The fourth is to providedevelopment strategy safeguard measures.Through research,this paper believes that Henan H Real Estate Co.,Ltd.should adopt the WO strategy at this stage to innovate the internal organizational structure and management model,improve the company's cultural system,and adapt to the development of the external environment;in design institutes,commercial real estate operations,real estate finance At the same time,we will try to increase the investment in light asset business;provide safeguard measures for development strategy from four aspects: organizational structure optimization,human resource protection,operation management optimization,and brand building capability improvement.The research on the development strategy of Henan H Real Estate Co.,Ltd.can clarify the company's next development direction and provide certain reference and reference value for other enterprises in the industry.
