Since the 21st century,China's high-speed EMU manufacturing enterprises have ushered in a period of rapid development under the dual leadership of national policy incentives and market demand.Since 2004,China has completed the introduction,digestion and absorption of high-speed EMUs through the strategic planning of market-for-technology.In just over ten years,it has completed the development of high-speed railway developed countries for more than 50 years.However,behind the rapid development,some key core technologies of high-speed EMUs have not been fully digested,absorbed and mastered,resulting in frequent operational quality problems in the operation of domestic high-speed EMUs,bringing stable and orderly operation of high-speed EMUs.A certain security risk.To this end,how to reduce the occurrence of high-speed EMU operation quality problems and quickly and effectively dispose of the faults that have been issued,and realize the closed-loop management of high-speed EMU operation quality problems,has become a problem that domestic high-speed EMU repair and maintenance enterprises need to face and urgently need to solve.As a major manufacturer of high-speed EMUs in China,SF has a domestic market share of high-speed EMUs of about 43%,which is a typical representative of the domestic high-speed rail industry.Therefore,this paper selects the closed-loop management of SF company's high-speed EMU operation quality as the research object.Through statistical analysis of SF company's operational quality problems,it is found that the main problems are concentrated in the design quality problem.There are many recurrences in the cross-project,and the quality problems in the manufacturing process are repeated in the operation process,and the quality of the parts is different among different suppliers.There are repetitions.To this end,this paper combines the research of closed-loop management related theoretical literature,firstly from the closed loop of operational quality issues,investigates the closed-loop management status of SF high-speed EMU operational quality problems,and finds that the closed-loop management process of its quality problems is consistent with PDCA Improve the concept,the process is logical and easy to promote.However,in the actual implementation process,SF Company has two closed loops of after-sales operation quality problems and company quality problem disposal.Therefore,this paper analyzes the implementation process of the two closed loops and the closed-loop management process,from the quality problems that have occurred.How to close the loop,why there are such quality problems,two dimensions to start research,and develop the research ideas of this paper.Furthermore,it conducts in-depth research on the closed-loop management process,product design,product manufacturing,and supplier management of SF's operational quality issues,in order to find out the root causes of problems in the closed-loop management process of SF's high-speed EMU operation quality problems.This paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of the problems found in the investigation and research process,and proposes targeted improvement measures.After a period of practice,the relevant improvement measures proposed in this paper have effectively improved the closed-loop management effect of SF's high-speed EMU operation quality problems,which has reduced the company's high-speed EMU product's million-kilometer failure rate to the lowest level in the country.The market competitiveness of the company's products.At the same time,because the improvement measures proposed in this paper have been verified by practice for a short period of time,the evidence of some data still has certain limitations.The relevant conclusions need more time to test and verify,and the follow-up will continue to be supplemented during the verification process.perfect.I hope that the relevant improvement measures proposed in this paper can provide some help for SF companies,and also provide reference and reference for other companies to solve similar problems.
